Each member of our treatment team is a registered dental assistant, and our office staff has many years of experience providing patients with the highest level of care. Lee
Everyone has that one person in their life that gives them the warm fuzzies. At Pacific Northwest Orthodontics, we have Lee. She started in orthodontics as a Dental Assistant over 30 years ago. As grandparents of seven, she and her husband have found refuge building their home in the tranquil Cascade foothills. Over the years she has amassed a wealth of experience making her the most amazing Office Manager in the Northwest. She makes everyone glad they came here with her warm smile and warmer heart.
Laura
Our social butterfly who seems to know everyone! She has lived in Tacoma almost her entire life and is active in several local non-profit associations, most recently as a hockey mom. Talk with her for a few minutes and chances are you will find a connection. Laura began her career as a dental assistant in 1986 and has been part of the team at Pacific Northwest Orthodontics since 2000. She transitioned to the front office as our "Resident Insurance Guru" and can walk you through the ins and outs of insurance with ease.
Nicky
Two words – Pride and Passion. As a long time orthodontic assistant she takes pride in representing orthodontics at its finest here at Pacific Northwest Orthodontics. Her passion is in empowering patients with beautiful and healthy new smiles. As a mother of five, she discovered a love and knack for photography. In her spare time she can be spotted at various locations in and around town preserving beautiful smiles through photos.
Jody
When Jody enters a room the whole place lights up! Her quick wit can make you chuckle even on a grumpy day. She began as a dental assistant in 2004 and decided orthodontics was her calling. The team at Pacific Northwest Orthodontics quickly snatched her up and you'll be glad we did. In her spare time she enjoys sewing and spending time with her husband, friends and family. We can almost guarantee that when you see us, Jody's smile and wit will have you "in stitches" for the rest of the day!
Tara
If you had to describe her in one word, it would be hard to decide between enthusiasm or energy! She has been enthusiastic about orthodontics since dental assisting school and part of our team since 2002. Her enthusiasm has only increased since then, and it reverberates throughout our office. She will amaze you. As a military wife and a working mom who likes to stay fit, her energy level is comparable to the Energizer Bunny. New patients have an opportunity to experience her energy and enthusiasm as she greets them on their first visit.
Randi
With her quiet professionalism and soothing tone, Randi is a wonderful addition to our team. A mother of three, she bravely moved herself and her youngest daughter from sunny Florida to their new home here in Washington. Randi began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant in 1992. She loves technology and is a self-professed computer geek. Have a computer question? Randi will probably have the answer. Warning: you may find yourself comforted and lulled into complete oblivion during your appointment by her gentle touch, calm voice, and smooth southern accent.
